The small print
A course bought online
Fourteen days from the purchase. Write to hello@houseofparameters.com and say you want it refunded. There is no form and no questions, and the same person who wrote the course reads the mail.
Fourteen days is Paddle's own window, and Paddle is the seller of record for every online purchase here. Inside it a refund is a certainty rather than a favour, which is the reason the number is what it is: a longer promise on this page would be one we would have to argue for, one buyer at a time.
The money goes back through Paddle to the card or account that paid, usually within five to ten business days. Access to the course ends when the refund is issued, and any files you have already downloaded are no longer licensed for use.
A script
It works, or you get your money back. If a script does not work as its page describes, as you downloaded it, in the Rhino version and with the plugins its page names, write to hello@houseofparameters.com within 14 days of buying it and say what you see; a screenshot of the error is enough. I fix it, and if I cannot, you get your money back.
Bought by mistake. The same script twice, or the wrong one: write within 14 days and it is refunded, as long as it has not been downloaded. Every download is recorded with its date and the purchase it belongs to, and so is every file I send by email.
What is not a fault. A file you have changed, a Rhino version or a plugin its page does not name, or a result you did not want. Every script runs on its page before you buy it, with the sliders its file has, so what you move there is what you download.
After a refund the download link stops working, and the script is no longer licensed for use, including any copy already downloaded.
Where the law where you live gives you a right this page cannot take away, it still applies.
Two things worth saying plainly
Ask before a chargeback. A card dispute takes weeks, costs both sides a fee, and ends where an email would have ended in a day. If something is wrong, write first.
Repeatedly refunding the same thing can be declined. Fourteen days to decide is a real offer, and it is not a rental. A request made in bad faith, such as a script said never to have been downloaded when the record shows it was, is declined too, and Paddle's own policy refuses refunds where there is evidence of refund abuse.
Who to write to
hello@houseofparameters.com. Paddle can also be asked directly for an online purchase, since Paddle is the seller on the receipt.
